Deleting Your Online and Mobile Banking App Access

Follow the instructions below if you must delete your 7 17 Credit Union online banking account access (the account you use to log in to NetWorth24 online banking and the 7 17 mobile app).

Please note that when your account is deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to log into 7 17 Credit Union’s online banking system or mobile banking app.
  • If enrolled in electronic delivery for items such as eStatements, e-notices, tax forms, and Visa® credit card eStatements, you will receive paper statements, notices and documents. These will be mailed to the address we have on file.
  • Any activity you previously set up with online banking or our mobile app will be disabled and/or deleted. This includes: alerts, scheduled or recurring transfers and payments, external financial institutions that were set up for external loan payments or external funds transfers, check deposit history, bill payments, eBills (this could take more than 2 billing cycles to receive your paper bill; please work directly with these companies so that you are not late on any payments).
  • Your 7 17 account (all deposits and loans) will remain open and unaffected. This form is only used for deleting your online banking and mobile banking app access.

To complete the process of deleting your online banking and mobile app access, please submit a request using our Contact Us Online Form (select “Remove Online and Mobile Banking App Access” from the "My Question Applies To" dropdown). This request will be emailed to 7 17 Credit Union.

Once we receive your request, we will do the following:

  • Lock your online banking & mobile banking access until we speak with you via phone to:
    • Verify your identity.
    • Review the above listed items to be sure this will not impact your credit union accounts.
    • Change all your eStatements and other electronic documents to paper/mail delivery.
    • Delete your online banking & mobile banking access with 7 17 Credit Union.
    • Should you decide later you would like to re-enroll, you will need to contact the credit union.
