This automatically closes your card. If you choose to get a replacement card, it will take approximately ten (10) business days to receive in the mail. Alternatively, members can go into one of these branches to get an instant issue: Warren (Larchmont), Kent, Canfield, Austintown. If you have an unauthorized transaction that is posted and you believe it is fraud, you must complete the required fraud documents to recover funds. You can complete the form in online banking, or the app called ‘Fraud Form-Debit Card.’ You can also call 800-775-7741 or go to a branch convenient to you. When you temporarily turn a debit card off, this will not stop transactions that have been pre-authorized, but it will stop other types of transactions such as recurring debits. For credit cards you will still need to call 800-775-7741.
